Battle Fish & Chips

If I could rate no stars I would! We ordered 2 large doner kebabs and when it showed up most of the meat was pink and raw!! When we rang up to ask either for a replacement or refund the man who answer kept stating it wasn’t raw because he cooked it, finally after about 10 minuets of back and forth he has agreed to bring some new food which cannot be any kind of kebab and hung up!

Meat was cold and red inside rang up to ask for a refund and got spoken to rudely with him insisting it was done. Finally got through to him he asked for his kebabs back and got a refund

Ordered 2 lamb donners and they both arrived raw! I then rang them to explain and they were adamant that it was not raw and spoke very rudely to me down the phone.

Sadly it has not got any better with time. It’s either cold or burnt and never in time quoted

Couldn't manage a burger and a doner in 2 hours. Kept forgetting and apologising, we had to go elsewhere after that
