AVOID

"Genuine Panasonic Batteries" have zero identifying logo's on them.

You need to check if the battery is a stock item.

i have used this company twice in the last 8 months --first time was excellent service -two items supplied promptly -as ordered .
A recent order was done two weeks ago --they e mailed me to say could they send me one battery which was a substitution and the other was out of stock which was cancelled --and the substitution battery was received promptly

i suspect that the company has a supply problem and possible staff problems but in this instance i could not fault them

There is a case of fraud

I sent 7 e-mails, tried to reach them by phone 5 times, neither the phone is working nor the e-mail was answered.
the company seems active, but they do not send the goods, nor do they pay the money back, there is a case of fraud,
it is necessary to report to the police

I'm sorry i gave these people a bad review, I have received my item and it works fine but you do need to sort out your customer service side of your business so people can contact you.

Don't waste your money

I have tried calling and emailing these for days to find out where my order is but no answer on the phone or emails, do not buy from them.
