From planning to installation, everything ran smoothly. Premier was not the cheapest quote but the quality and work is to a very high standard.
The fitter was amazing, worked tirelessly and tidied up after himself. Couldn't fault anyone, the designer, surveyor, electrician and plasterer all made it a near painless experience. Planning to use Premier again for the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

From planning and design to installation everything went smoothly except for the toilet, this was missing from the order, but was rectified free of charge, or so we thought?I cancelled the decorating of the walls to save a little money but this was not reimbursed and taken in to account with the cost of toilet, not very impressed by the outcome of this to say the least!
Putting this issue aside, Richard and his team worked hard, clean and tidy and polite,the finish was to a very high standard to be proud of,no complaints at all.We had other quotes that came out cheaper but Premier install quality furnishings and this reflected our decision to go ahead with Premier , as the saying goes "You get what you pay for" also Mark our planner could make our shower bigger unlike other quotes.
We have been using our en-suite for 6 weeks now and are very happy with the end result, like a 5star hotel !

We would have no hesitation in recommending Premier in the future

A Bathroom by anything but premier

Sales talk & design were excellent. Unfortunately the plumbing and general build work was appalling & totally dis-organised with awful customer service. 3 month in and its still in turmoil.I strongly recommend you run screaming in the opposite direction from Premier. So its now 5 months on and still unfinished, Premiers inability to get things like brackets to mount the sink (available at all good diy stores) just proves their level of incompetence.

We have had a brand new bathroom suite fitted by Premier and it looks absolutely amazing!!
Mark the designer did a fabulous job. I told him I wanted a bathroom suite that looked like it belonged in a 5* boutique hotel and his design showed exactly that! When we met with him we chose our tiles and it was count down for the work to start!
Richard and his team turned up when they said they would and they worked so hard! They literally didn't stop whilst they were here!
They were all so polite and tidy! They covered the flooring with dust sheets and the workmanship is fantastic! Top quality!
Our bathroom suite is absolutely stunning and Richard and his team of people are such perfectionists (as am I). The Tiling is absolutely perfect!
The flooring looks amazing, (Thank you Mark for fitting the flooring), and the Electrician Dominic again did a fab job installing the mirror and extractor fan.
Thank you so much premier! I won't go anywhere else!
Next stop is extension, kitchen and WC!
