Me and my partner had a brand new bathroom from these. Early this month. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. Neil helped us choose the units which we loved and the tiles and colour scheme. We got the job booked to be fitted at the nearest date that suited us. During the work the work men were courteous friendly and very trustworthy as I left them on their own a majority of the time. Once the work was completed me and my partner were in awe I am definitely in her good books for getting our new bathroom done by these guys. Upon completion Neil came out to do a survey and make sure we were happy with the work. After this was done we happily paid the final figure and are enjoying our brand new bathroom.

I needed a new kitchen and utility and rather that look to any of the big national names I looked for a local business as I thought the people involved would be seriously invested in the company and proud of upholding its reputation. Excellent reviews led me to BKBD. Neil helped narrow down the style and colour I wanted to the most suitable provider. He seemed to know the manufacturer's product down to the most minute detail and his surveying and planning was down to the millimetre, as was the final result. The installer was Andy & it became clear that nothing but excellence would be allowed on his watch; his work ethic and craftsmanship were outstanding. Having contractors in your home can be stressful but Andy's polite, personable and friendly nature made it no stress at all. The final fit, finish and presentation of the kitchen and utility exceeded my best expectations and is simply excellent; I love it! It has enhanced the value of my home and I am very glad that I chose BKBD.

We've just had our second bathroom/ensuite refurbishment completed by Neil and his team and, again this time, the service and value for money have been excellent.

BKBD installed my kitchen some years ago and I had no hesitation in asking them to completely refit my bathroom. Their price was competitive and so no hesitation in giving them the job. Only downside was they were so busy the lead in time was 6 months. Not an issue to us as we knew it would be fitted to a high standard.
Neil, was not pushy and gave good advise as to what he could fit and where and help select good blend of tiles, walk in shower with power shower, cabinets, basin, radiator, toilets, flooring, etc etc.
It was certainly worth the wait, Asad, Andy and Mark certainly know how to graft and the finished product, finished to an excellent standard.
Clean workers , cleared up mess as they went on a daily basis.
