Ryan and his apprentice Sonnie were reliable, punctual, tidy, hardworking and friendly throughout. Richard also made a considerable effort to seek out new compatible fittings, in order to replace a faulty internal stop tap. I would definitely recommend this company and particularly appreciate the fact the entire refit is undertaken in-house.

Due to a shoulder problem and difficulty in getting out of the bath I decided to change to a shower room. After obtaining quotes, Richard @ Bates Plumbing was the only one to offer me a shower in the exact area where I wanted it, due to small size of room. Works have now been completed and the transformation is amazing. James and Finn were very competent, arrived promptly each day, kept me informed of progress and tidied up after each visit. Everyone who has seen the end result have been wowed.

We were very pleased with the installation of new sanitary ware, screens and tiling in our bathroom. The initial discussion with Richard was helpful explaining the options and Dom removed the old bathroom units and made the new installation competently and tidily. Unfortunately the new toilet was later found to have a hidden manufacturing defect which caused a leak. When we contacted Bates Plumbers they returned promptly, repairing the damage and fitting a new toilet.

Back to brickwork etc. Fully boarded and tiled on all four walls and window. Ceiling lowered with spotlights in and tiled floor. New walk in shower cubicle large enough to fit a chair in if needed later in life. New sink unit and cupboard. The work is excellent and would highly recommend this company. From Richard coming and discussing what I wanted to Ryan, Finn and James coming and doing the whole job took eleven days. Well worth the money.
