The servicing of my vehicle, plus the courteous way I was dealt with by all of the staff, made Bridgend Honda a pleasure to deal with.
I do no do high mileage in my vehicle but when I want to change this is the first place I will go to.

Fantastic Experience

Purchased a Mercedes 2018 from John and the team here, the attention to detail in getting the car ready and the amazing customer care was amazing. The entire team are welcoming right from the point of walking into the dealership for the first time up until you collect the vehicle.
They guys all made buying a car a really enjoyable, exciting experience, I will definitely recommend these guys for your next vehicle purchase, first class.

Avoid this place

Avoid this dealership like the plague . The guy in charge is literally like something off Little Britain , rude abusive and worst customer service and after care I have ever experienced . Recently had the cheek to contact Yell to complain that I had named him in a review. Simply google the dealership and all the reviews and the fact he has appeared on The Ferret for his appalling behaviour will appear . AVOID at all costs

Great Service Great Deal

I recently bought a new Honda HR-V from Bassetts Honda Bridgend. From the moment I walked into the Dealership the staff where all helpfull, knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased with the deal that I had. I would recommend anyone looking to change their car to contact Neil the salesperson. Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to explain everything to me.
