Brought a Nissan Quasqui recently & the service from Issac was outstanding, friendly, helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Slight problem that was sorted with no stress..courtesy car provided to avoid any inconvenience...Would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Baskeyfields, honest, reliable and excellent customer service.. Well done to all.! The choice of boxed wine, is also a lovely personal touch for customers..

Absolutely amazing!
Bought my Golf GTI back in April for a late birthday present and I couldn’t have been happier! From start to finish the customer service and attendance was amazing! Helped from test driving to helping with financing. The car had a few issues they made sure everything was done for me before I even purchased the car, couldn’t fault this place and you get a bottle of wine!

Defiantly will continue to recommend this place to friends and family!

When we purchased the car the sales people were very friendly and not pushy at all which you get in a lot of other garages, so purchasing the car was a good experience however i really am disappointed with the after sales. After a few weeks the car started to make a high pitched squeeking sound so we rang Baskeyfield who advised us this was a common problem with golfs, after the noise got worse we rang back again and they eventually had the car in to look at. After looking they said there was nothing at all wrong with the car but the sound was still there. We have since taken it for its MOT and low and behold the garage picked up the problem and rectified it. I rang Baskeyfields to ask if they would reimburse any of the costs as they should of fixed it when we took it in, Mick did say to bring the car in but by this point it was too late as the other garage were doing it, we were told they wouldn't reimburse us so that was that and we were left to fork out the cost.
