5Terrible customer service
1However on ordering three kegs only two arrived on the day.
This wasn't known to us until after as are families decided to not give us any bad feelings on the day.
After we found out we contacted barworks who not only didn't come forward about this but they took back one keg we hadn't used.
Evening though I requested sale or return as they didn't reply to this with confirmation they have decided to only refund the keg we never received.
Not only have they kept the keg but they have taken 7 weeks to come back to us.
I wouldn't recommend this company as they clearly have no customer service in place just eyes on profit!
