Bartley Groundworks & Paving

We recently had a driveway installed using Tegula blocks, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The team was fantastic, always keeping me informed and updated daily. Ian, in particular, has an excellent eye for detail and a great vision, ensuring everything was executed to perfection. Liam was always happy to answer my many questions, and did so with patience and expertise. Jamie and Kayden were also great—real good lads, friendly and polite.

They were incredibly attentive, checking in regularly and offering plenty of options to suit my needs. They arrived early daily, and their commitment to provide the best service really shone through.
If you're reading this review it's probably because you are considering Bartleys and I’d highly recommend them. The wait times might be a bit longer, but that’s simply because their craftsmanship is top-notch, and well worth the wait. You’d be silly to go elswhere!

Our garden was started by another company in spring which was unfortunately a bad service and poor quality of work, where we had no choice but to end the job.

Left disappointed, we then booked the remaining work with Bartley Groundworks who have been faultless from start to finish. From the initial caring discussion and promp quote, this continued thoughout until completion. The boys showed up everyday on time and even in bad weather. They communicated regularly on how they were going to fit the ground materials allowing any changes to be made to our preference or would advise better solutions based on their experience. The manholes covers installed are amazing and make the ground look seamless. The job was managed in a timely and professional manner by Liam and I can only say 'CARE and PRIDE' is delivered by this company.
I would give six stars if I could.

Liam and his team have done an excellent job in transforming our garden from unsafe and untidy to being lovely to look at and easy to maintain. They were very helpful and had brilliant ideas to make it as we envisaged. We would highly recommend Bartley Groundworks and Paving to anyone wanting a friendly and hardworking company to transform their garden.

Liam and his colleagues recently completed their 2nd garden project for us. The jobs included laying a large patio with new slabs, renewed a second patio with existing slabs. Also laid a large driveway using gravel and block paving, building dwarf walls to contain flower beds.
All of the jobs have been carried out to a high standard and we are well satisfied.
As the project evolved, Liam offered helpful suggestions and on occasions, was not averse to us changing our minds.
They were an extremely pleasant bunch of guys to have around the place and didn't play loud music. They arrived promptly every day for 5 weeks and were very reasonably priced.
We will certainly use them again when the final part of the garden needs renewing

I was recommended Bartley Groundsworks by a friend who had used them and I am glad we went with them as we had a few quotes from other landscapers who turned out to be overpriced and unstrustworthy. We created 2 patio areas. raised planters and a bench and new turf. The service was second to none from start to finish! Liam was very professional in all correspondance and kept us upto date on a start date etc and kept in touch during the works. Ian, Jamie and Kayden carried out the work to a high quality standard from start to finish. Ian helped with design ideas and you can tell he is highly experienced in the trade. I would not hestitate to use Bartleys again as we are thrilled with our new garden!
