Bartley Green Service Centre

My husband has been coming for his MOT and service since we moved to the area in 2019. When I got my first car this year, it was a no brainer that I’d come here for my MOT too. Unfortunately my car failed due to a fault that leaked brake fluid over my rear brake pads. They stripped the pads, replaced the leaky part and cleaned up my pads. As a first time car owner, I was expecting a huge bill, but including the MOT it came to a little over £100! They really went the extra mile to clean the pads instead of just performing a more costly replacement.

Today I called in about an odd clunking sound from my exhaust. Matty took a look at it straight away and found the exhaust had broken. He welded it and repaired it for me. I’d noticed water in the spare wheel well and he drained it and showed me how to maintain it. And then when I asked him how much I owed he wouldn’t even let me pay for it! Amazing service!

Shocked by the experience I received. Booked the car in for some pretty basic work. Having left the car overnight was amazed to pick it up yesterday. It had clearly been driven a lot. It had a quarter tank of petrol that was empty. There was rubbish on the passenger side floor including an empty lager can. The facia to the front panel had been torn off. However they were adamant that it had only been taken for a test drive?? I guess it's the only way some people will get to drive a vintage mercedes convertible. Wild horses couldn't drag me back there.

The most wonderful people around. Polite, helpful, honest, decent, professional and welling to help. I highly recommending them to all.
