Outstanding Service and Communication, Highly Recommended

We were recommended Ben by a friend when our integrated dishwasher broke, and we needed a replacement quickly. Within just three days of contacting Ben (and one of those days was a Sunday!), Ben had ordered, fitted, and disposed of our old dishwasher. With just a few exchanges of messages, everything was arranged so smoothly. I was genuinely worried about the mess our over-10-year-old dishwasher might leave, but there was absolutely none! I went to work, came home, and with it being integrated, we couldn’t even tell he’d been—it was seamless! We’re very pleased with the level of communication and service and will definitely use Ben again. Highly recommended!

Excellent job on the washing machine.

Outstanding service. Ben arranged to do the work promptly. He kept in regular touch with me about the delivery of spare parts. He arrived as arranged and worked diligently and efficiently on the job, dealing effectively with some unexpected difficulties. His charges for the job were reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending him without reservation.

Polite, punctual and honest service

Called when my frost free American style fridge freezer was pooling ice at the bottom then melting out all over the floor. We had been breaking a layer of ice out daily for weeks. Ben offered to come same day but we couldn’t so he came next day. Was on time and friendly. Checked everything out and concluded it just needed a 24 hour defrost! He could easily have told us it needed something. Very reasonable cost too. Would recommend and will use again.
