Replaced one faulty pump and, cleaned the tank of excess grease and set the enzyme dosing system back up to prevent grease building up in the tank again.
This was before the repair of a faulty pump, clean and removal of grease was carried out. Please see our other photos for the after update.

Broken & Blocked pump found during a callout visit. It's best to have regular maintenance on all pumping systems to ensure blockages aren't left to the point of damaging the pump and causing major failures.

First visit for a new customer, this is the result of lack of maintenance and poor workmanship from another firm. The junction box and connections were all remade better.

The more times I have contact with Jon of Barrett Water the more delighted I am. When I phone he instantly knows who I am which is reassuring. Having described the malfunction of my pump Jon knew right away what the problem was and although it was not urgent he committed right away to being there the next morning. And he was, and on time. I get the feeling I am dealing with a consummate professional who knows his job, has the sense to carry a full range of spares on his van and he was able to fix the problem right away. Would that all tradespeople were like this. doing business with him is a pleasure

Great company, very competent and friendly service.

Had a potentially urgent situation with our pumping station at our home and Jon was there 9am the next day (which was a Sunday). He completed the job and got everything working again very quickly, and always a with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble and very reasonable rates.
