Barrett's Allsorts

I have a small number of properties in the town and have used this carpet shop several times. I have always been pleased with the quality of the carpets and prices are reasonable; the shop owner is very accommodating. The service is much better than the rival shop in Gillingham high street or Carpet Right plus they can do binding of left over carpet pieces in house.

Used this shop to re carpet living room and there was a stain in the middle once unrolled. Shop assistant blamed us for the mess and said that all us foreigners are money grabbers and want something for nothing. I swiftly told him I was born here and that I’d make it a point to take this as far as I could to ensure he never talks to customers like that ever again. It’s currently with trading standards and the police!

Bought £1500 carpet, colour difference, no compensation, no service,took it to Trading Standards. Very bad service, left us with the mess not willing to compensate, blamed it on us as customer. Do not use this store
