Used them for electrical safety check. They were quick with a quote, it was about 10% cheaper than any other and they did the tests on they day they promised to with good communication beforehand. I would use them again.

Barnwell Electrical have been running for years. My family have always used them since I was a child and now I always use them, for both small jobs and large. I have found their charges very reasonable. Most recently they replaced some light fittings to our hall and corridor, and installed electricity to our summer house at the bottom of our garden, connecting it all to our fuse box. They are reliable and courteous, and always tidy.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Electrician was great and fixed our light fittings in 50 minutes.

However they charged me for 2 hours, plus 45p per mile. They said they charge from the minute he leaves the Cambridge office to Cambourne and back again. It doesnt take 35 minutes to make that journey.

Great electrician, but REALLY expensive! Make sure you learn about their charges before you use them.
