Work completed within a week of getting a quote, no mess left, really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I am sorry to say I am very disappointed. I arranged for John to come and do my job and rang in the morning to check arrival time. 1 hour later still not arrived said he was coming 1/2 later. He still hadn't arrived 1 hour after that. When I rang again he apologised and said he had confused me with someone else and gone to the wrong person. Very unprofessional. I feel very let down.

Arrived on time for assessment and agreed a price. Advised us busy until last week of April but would call a couple of days in advance. No call. I left 2 voicemails and 2 text messages, the last one even asking if they'd decided not to do the job to at least let us know. Still nothing. Very poor customer service. Used Oxford Oak Tree Surgery instead who matched the price, arrived on time and did a great job.

I personally highly recommend this wonderful company, a family run business that has been in the area for over 30 years.
Honest, reliable, and reasonable prices given.
