We had the benefit of working together on our recent phase of a renovation project. As you would expect with this kind of project we had to deal with a number of unforeseen challenges, these were all met in an open & honest way to find the best solution from a buildability & affordable solution. First class father and son Andrew and Chris local builders which we would have hesitation recommending to anyone. All work done from our dream planning to becoming a reality have been done to a superior standard and 100% better than we could have imagined. No corners cut if the jobs worth doing it’s worth done well attitude from the planning, knocking down of conservatory to digging out foundations and the building of our new extension was done with only the best materials and knowledge which gave us great piece of mind. Due to the out break of Covid 19 time span was slightly longer than was expected but that just gave us more time to get to know them both better, so much so that we now like to think of them both as friends. During April 2019 Andrew and Chris his son began working on the replacing of an existing basic car port with a two room single story extension.
The weather wasn’t always kind to them and with some unexpected quite major problems to solve during the building they persevered.
The work was completed during August and the workmanship, attitude and standard of work were excellent .
The additional extras that we asked for, which were not in the original plans, look and have been completed to a very high standard .
We now have a superb utility/cloakroom and workroom, new paved patio and additional outside retaining walls which we proud to show all visitors.

We would recommend Andrew and Chris and all the tradesmen that supported them to anyone requiring building work.
