Founded in 1990, Barbican Supplies Ltd is a family run catering business with close links to Smithfield Meat Market for over 100 years. From a humble catering premises in Charter House Street, Smithfield we now operate from a state of the art facility in Tottenham. Our EEC approved premises operates in compliance with all food safety regulations, laid out by EU and UK law, including health, hygiene and food safety standards governed by the Food Standards Agency.

Our reputation for high standards has seen us gain many long-term contracts within the public and private health sector, care homes, colleges, hotels and restaurants.
