Barbers Flooring

They're a great family run business who have fantastic customer service. Eddie has been very efficient and friendly the whole way through. When there are hitches along the way, they sort them out without a fuss. Would deal with them again for sure. :)

I asked Barber's to measure my entire (4 bedroomed) house with a view to changing carpets and flooring as and when I could...they were very understanding and came out quickly without any promise of an immediate order.
Eddie Reardon arrived to do the measuring and did an excellent job. I then had wooden flooring laid in the sitting room. The fitter arrived promptly, did a lovely job, well within the time-frame I had been told to expect.

The showroom is amazing with an enormous range and the help I received when I visited was extremely attentive.

We arranged to have our lounge measured by Barbers flooring. He had a nasty attitude and complained about our pets. We were put off his attitude but as he sent a breakdown of costing within 24hrs we decided anyone can have a bad day. The cost was £320 and we were told if we paid the fitter on site it would be £200. Fair price we had to pay half as a deposit. Upon phoning i was received by another female member of staff with a bad attitude. She told me the bill was just under £2000. I nearly choked!!! How had it become so expnsive? Fitting was now £1400 as it would take 2 and a half days. Weve had this floor done before and has taken at most 4 hours. They added on 2 door bars and beading another £209 plus. We said not a chance and phoned around. Barbers had mismeasured we needed another 5sq metres. Another local firm with a friendly and helpful attitude quoted £410 plus £100 on the day for fitting. It was all done 2 days later by a lovely man. It took him 4hrs!!!!
