NOT GOOD AND POOR AFTER SALES WOULD'NT RECOMMEND

AFTER PURCHASING TWO LOTS OF VERTICAL BLINDS . I RANG BARBRAS BLINDS TO COMPLAIN THAT AS SOON AS THERE IS A LITTLE BREEZE THE BLINDS FALL DOWN OFF THEIR HOOKS. WHEN I TELEPHONED TO SAY THERE MUST BE A FAULT WITH THE HOOKS I WAS PROMPTLY TOLD TO CLOSE MY WINDOWS AND THIS PERSON PUT DOWN THE PHONE. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL THEY SEEM TO WANT IS YOUR MONEY. I HAVE NO OTHER CONTACT WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS 66 YEARS OLD AND HAVE HAD PLENTY OF THESE BLINDS IN THE PAST WITH NO PROBLEMS. SO ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
