A down to earth guy very honest work is fantastic

Great work. Bar 1 Maintenance is a trader you can count on for a job well done. They are not the cheapest, but the workmanship is second to none. As they say, you get what you pay for. I have previously had work done in my house by other traders, and I have always felt that the work was either rushed or it doesn’t last for as long as I hoped that it would. My loft floor is a good example of this. Adrian from Bar 1 Maintenance redesigned my bathroom, and I am very happy with the work that was done. Me and my wife were so pleased with the ideas and quality of the materials and work done, that we have asked for more work to be done by him. Bar 1 Maintenance has since re-done my kitchen, landing and hallway, and I will be getting them back to do the rest of the house.

Really pleased with both of my bathrooms, attention to detail is paramount for me and I find it difficult when dealing with tradesmen at times, when i see the level of workmanship that went into my first bathroom refurb I quickly rebooked to have the second bathroom returned and once again fantastic workmanship carried out through out

We have had lots of cosmetic work done to our house which has all been carried out by Bar 1 Maintenance, new floors throughout the house, loft boarded with a new loft access on landing, new patio and garden fence with concrete posts. Always on time and never left each job until finished, very reliable and very competitive prices.
