Very disappointed with service of Banstead Village Veterinary Surgery.

Very bad and incompetent service last time when we visit. As they are so popular in Banstead region, they rush and overlook things. Last visit we booked the dogs for one thing but Banstead Village Veterinary Surgery Staff quickly took our money but put the wrong immunisations for my two dogs. Luckily dogs are fine this time but our expensive family Easter trip failed because they made mistake and put wrong vaccinations. I am very sad as my neighbour has an issue with them couple of years ago and gave me warning but I did not listened to her. Now is too late, they made a harm to my family giving wrong thing to my two dogs which I can not forget. They never apologised though.

Amazing Care - Amazing Expertise!

The care and expertise at this fantastic surgery are second to none. We clearly understood the treatment needed and our dog was given such respect. What could have been a traumatic experience for our pet (and us!) was made so much easier because of the amazing team! Thank You! TS
