of a bigger shower tray. A towel rail replaced the radiator & a basin & toilet unit installed. Mark from Banham Plumbing & Heatworx, took the time to keep us fully informed throughout of what was going on & was on site when he said he would be on site with work completed in the time frame we were given. While Mark did not do the tiling, the tiler Dave Howe, did an excellent job which contributed overall to a first rate service I have no hesitation in recommending & would use again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mark Banham fitted my new bathroom in April...

All required new pipework and careful creation of the new bathroom. It's an old house, so no walls were straight and no corners were right angle, the floor was not level but Mark patiently and skilfully worked his way through the issues, suggesting options and creative touches along the way. The result is a complete transformation, we are extremely pleased with it...Throughout the process Mark was considerate of our needs, entirely reliable and has done everything to a very high standard.

Mark came out as soon as he could and fixed the problem with my boiler as well as taking extra time to check all radiators were balanced and was really reasonable!
