I have been coming to the Yeading branch with friends and family for over a decade.
However, over a month ago (late afternoon) I had the most disturbing experience from one of the employees at the counter.
When I made a purchase, a young lady pointed directly to the security guard to quickly inspect my bag without any prior consent or notice.
Despite the fact I checked out with one of her colleagues closest to her workstation, I was forced to stop at the exit and be closely inspected.
This was most certainly unprofessional from the young clerk.
If the customer has paid in full right in front of you, what was the whole need to inform security for a bag inspection?

Service was poor, was in the bathroom section when was asked by a lady member of staff if I needed help, while she had her phone to her ear. Soon as I said yes and began to ask my question. She started talking on the phone and just disappeared.

Why ask if I needed help while you were on the phone, what kind of poor customer service is this. So I took my money somewhere else and brought my bathroom from my local dealer better customer service and value for money.
