My splashbacks were fitted with superb quality. Guys gave me my quotation and done the job in no time. I called them on Wednesday and by Tuesday ,,Boooom,, I have a sparkly new kitchen.

Ordered shower screen, waited for three weeks. When installers finally came, they realized they took the wrong measurement and the size was wrong. They took the glass back and promised to come back within a week with new glass, and now it's been two more weeks. No glass, no update. Every time I call, the answer was "your glass is not ready, and we can't promise when it will be"!
Please avoid Balham Glass if you can.

I and some floor glass and balustrades fitted in my property. The workmen were professional, came when they said they would, explained everything thoroughly and worked to their timescale. An excellent service from ordering to fitting and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

We chose Balham glass and joinery because they said they could instal our shower screen in 2 weeks. Although they where more expensive than other quotes.
After making 50% deposit on a telephone card transaction they started making The glass.
2 weeks later On the day of instal they where 3.5 hours late. So with 30minutes before the installers finish work, they cut 2 pieces of metal trim.
The next day they turned up on time. But could only fit half the screen as they had measured incorrectly and the screen needed
modifying.
The day after this I noticed they had taken the other 50% payment from my card without authorisation from me. Furthermore they had not asked if they could keep my cards details. Which after researching is illegal unless stored encrypted and with my consent. 2 weeks Later
I called and asked when they will be back to finish. Tomorrow between 9 and 10am. Just called them and now it's 12pm.
I would not use or recommend this company to anyone.
