Been happy customer of shop for c.20 yrs. Recently, had a relatively minor issue with an item but one easy to resolve. It has taken 4 visits to try, inc today. ** Been left incredulous at the manner in which I was spoken to today by the deeply unpleasant Manager, Saj. ** When he realised shop had failed again, he was instantly defensive & argumentative. He arrogantly attempted to consistently talk over me in an highly aggressive manner in attempt to belittle & intimidate me.** I could not imagine him talking to a man in that manner.** Assistant embarrassed & had good grace to apologise for Saj’s behaviour after I said how upsetting & unnecessary this attack was, but Saj wasn’t finished yet & went in for round 2, telling me to get out & never come back (an unlikely scenario after today’s performance anyway but...)** Saj not fit to hold position. He is ill mannered at best & not in control of his temper at worst.** I am a professional woman who expects courtesy, not to be attacked.
