Poor service overall.

Works in conjunction with JWI Builders, who recommended David to us.

Had to chase for updates, slow turning round designs and never once checked in to see how our project was going or anything.

We wish we’d gone with an alternative architect.

We used Balance on recommendation-WOW best decision ever-David really listened to our ideas and reflected them, being mindful this was a house move after more than 30 years in our previous property-nothing was too much trouble-we have ended up with a magnificent bungalow-with the WOW appeal but in keeping with the locality and what we needed and wanted.
