Bairstow eves great service.

Excellent service and care throughout with Bairstow eves. This was a tricky purchase as the vendor needed full support throughout the process. The team spent hours making sure the sale went through. I came away feeling they really cared for all
Parties. Would definitely recommend.

Lying and dangerous

Very untrustworthy estate agents - we had to pull out of a purchase of a property with them due to us finding out that seller had no planning permission for any of the work done to the house and the basement was not at all structurally sound - in fact VERY dangerous (the whole house could concave at any second). They put the house back on sale the next day, even though they said to us this is extremely dangerous, we will have to tell the upstairs flat too, we're so sorry etc. etc. - ALL LIES. We expect that this probably happened to the person who tried to purchase the flat before us too. All they care about is getting a sale, and couldn't care less about future buyers money or safety. Selfish liars. Don't trust them or the properties they are trying to sell.
