I enquired at Back To The Roots regarding some work we needed doing in our garden. The owner, Sam, was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions regarding the work, as well as giving advice on the trees I asked about. He was professional, friendly, and careful when working in the garden, leaving it cleaner than it was when he arrived and expertly tending to three different trees and some clearance of dead wood that's been sitting around for a while. It was fantastic knowing I could trust him to just leave him to it and also communicate with me in layman's terms what he was doing and why. He worked quickly, didn't cut any corners, and quoted a fair price for a quality experience. He clearly knows what he's doing and I won't hesitate to use him and his company again.

Excellent service from first contact through to the work. Great email communication. Arrived on time and completed the removal of the trees including stumps so well you’d never know they were there to start with! Also did a survey on a big tree for me, feedback from that was clear and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again in the future. Thank you.
