Wednesday 7-9pm £35 per couple. Learn about optimal positioning, stages of labour, coping strategies, breathing techniques, using positive affirmations and hypnobreathing, plus aromatherapy and massage for birth.
Available in and around Croydon. Local venues, meet other parents, learn a lovely new skill and spend quality time with your little one. Mums, dads and grandparents welcome.

Great bonding experience with my baby

I've loved attending the baby massage course and learning about the process in a calming environment alongside other parents with young babies. Lisa's knowledge and reassuring approach was really appreciated. I now use the techniques as part of my 2 month old's night time routine and we both really enjoy it as a great bonding experience. Highly recommend this booking on this course!
