Awful. We had a terrible experience with them. Very unhappy.

Was initially happy with their electrical work. But when I couldn't get hold of them for a certificate I got it independently inspected after which it was highlighted as unsafe (C2) due to insufficient insulation on wires. It took 10 weeks of calling two/three times a week to get them back to repair the issue. While they sorted that issue they broke a transformer without telling us so had a broken light. After 5 weeks of chasing again we got it repaired by another company. Wouldn't recommend for a compliant installation.

Dreadful. Do not expect any level of customer service from BW Electrical. While they were happy to complete our garden lights and did what seemed like a reasonable job at the time, we have since developed a fault which trips the whole house, leaving us in total darkness. The only way to rectify this has been to switch of the fuse leading into the garden. Meaning we can no longer use our garage or garden lighting. Very dangerous with a new born baby.

This has been going on for around 1 month and despite over 20 unreturned phone calls, text messages & trips to the office (all documented) we have been totally ignored.

Once we do manage to get a call back we have been told "its raining" (it hasn't solidly rained for a month) or just flat out lying to our faces in the hope we go away.

Do not expect any level of backup or support if things go wrong. They do not care about their work or your circumstances once they have been paid.

This is a long overdue slap on the back for Scott and his boys!

They was great! They showed up right on time and were very nice, and super knowledgable!

I didn't realize what I needed in order to install a ceiling fan, Scott and Nick used their own parts to finish the job and didn't charge me a penny more than what we agreed upon!

They did the job quickly and was very respectful of my home! Everything was completely covered up during the job, and there was not a trace of them having been here when he left, except the great ceiling fan of course!

Not only will I be using B W Electrical again, but I would absolutely recommend him to any friend who needs electrical work doing. My only word of caution is to not get Scott talking about his Pokemon collection!...

Jake from BW Electrical was friendly, fast worker & did a great job. Very impressive. Would highly recommend.
