Amazing Team over at BTE

The team over at BTE have been amazing to me. Phoned them up when i had a coolant leak coming from my BMW. Advised them on a part that i thought it was, they quickly got that part ordered and fixed it. When the part had not solved the issue, they promptly called me and advised me which part was actually faulty and got it booked back in a day later to get it repaired and get me back on the road. Great Communication from the reception team and high level work by the mechanical team. High recommend, gained a customer for life.

Absolutely brilliant all round service.

Brilliant professional and friendly service and staff. Had a problem with my insignia which I spoke to them about and was told they could look at it the next day, dropped it off and by lunchtime they had diagnosed the problem (faulty glowplug) which they priced up for me and said they could fix that afternoon or by the next day. Got a text at 3pm saying the car was done and ready to collect. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

As always the BTE team provided first class service. After a last minute fault just before my MOT, the guys went into action to help sort it at short notice. Always very accommodating and helpful. Thanks all at BTE!

Front brake pads fitted,other garages would probably have fitted new discs as well just to make an extra buck even if not needed,but not BTE they are so fair and honest ,customer satisfaction is paramount to them it seems,they go out of the way to accommodate customers.
I even got a cup of tea ! And the receptionist was so lovely and more knowledgeable than one would expect.
I would thoroughly recommend BTE to anyone who wants a first class and honest auto workshop
