Bal installed a new boiler, replaced lots of pipework as original was a mix of 2 sizes. New plumbing for kitchen in a new location, new plumbing for utility room, some bits in bathroom. Bal came across pipework that he hadn't seen before, took a piece and found out it was farmyard plumbing. Bal takes alot of pride in his work, his copper pipework install is extremely neat and tidy. Infact it has been polished up so fits in with the industrial look of kitchen. Bal only has solutions to issues, and there was lots of issues!! This was a really complex intall, Bal has the knowledge, skill and expertise to tackle all the obstacles that arose. Everything runs perfectly and we highly recommend 👌

£99 charge for Diagnostic fee for 30min work!

Have called Bal from BSK to check my boiler, came promtly and diagnose the boiler fault. Then ask for £99 diagnostic fee without prior mention at all about this fee and this is not even mentioned on their website anywhere. Also left the boilder cover open after taking the money. So be aware!
