He came out to look at the drain quickly but was unable to unblock it due to tree roots. He said he would pin point the problem but turn out he was about a meter out. Thankfully we didn't begin digging in the place he told us. £80 for him to tell us the wrong place.

He fixed the problem, but he was rude; he asked me very personal questions not relevant to the job I was paying him to do. He made me feel uncomfortable. I will not use him again.

Excellent service, Brian was out within a couple of hours and had the blockage fixed within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend.
