Based in West Sussex, Steven Barrett of BSB Party Wall & Architectural Services is an established Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Building Engineer with over 25 years of experience within the industry. BSB specialises in everything from party wall services to architectural drawings and planning applications.

Steve has 25 years of experience as a draughtsman and surveyor. Prior to setting up his own business in 1996 he was the Senior Building Control Surveyor for Brighton and Hove City Council.

His architectural drawings and plans are all hand drawn. Steve's particular areas of expertise are domestic alterations including extensions and loft conversions.

Steve also specialises in Party Wall Surveys.

Steve is easy to get on with and is a great communicator able to explain technical details in layman’s terms and simple English to ensure you know exactly what is happening.
