Came quickly but still charged me over £80 for call out even though they were only ten minutes away .

Sent a bloke out in trainers, jeans and baseball cap like he had just come out the pub. Hit my sons tyre with a hammer a few times. Rounded the nut off. Then couldn’t get the tyre off. Left two marks on the alloy where he had hit it. Then asked for the call out fee. Spoke to his boss Nigel and he said that he wouldn’t pay for the damage and he wouldn’t charge the call out fee. Was he having a laugh. My son was left with a broken tyre late at night. As the man that had just wrecked his tyre drove to off. Took my son another 2 hours to get recovered and towed to garage where he had to wait all night in car freezing cold another 6 hours for them to open.

01/08/2019 I bought my tyres through Asda - maybe that was the problem? Booking the appointment was very friendly and helpful but when I came to collect my car I checked that they had done the tracking which I had paid £30 extra for - they had not. That took another 15 mins. I accept that mistakes can happen, but was concerned that if I had not asked I would never have known…until my tyres wore down too quickly. On the way home my car beeped at me and a warning light came on for low tyre pressure! Thinking that it was just a case that it had not been reset, I checked all the tyres. One of my new front tyres was way over and the other new front tyre was way under. That is not the type of service I expected. Not the way to achieve repeat business.
