Not a 24 hour service

Rang them before midday on Friday. Agreed a time and a price. Explained I had an upstairs leak with water going in to the walls. Got a text at half past five to ask if Monday would be alright. I now have to pay extra for a weekend call out with someone else.
I queried why they would not come out over the weekend, but they said they were unavailble.
Not a 24 hour service and not a professional service.

Excellent service would highly recommend! Brandon come and fitted me an outdoor tap. didn’t take long also cleared up any mess that was created polite and professional would 100% use this Compnay again For any ongoing work I need! Great price and good communication thank you.

We recently needed a plumber to change a kitchen tap & we phoned Brandon from BPS. He was prompt, polite & very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. He was so good that we had him back to remove a radiator for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
