Yesterday afternoon Jodie cut my hair. Dry cut nothing else. I paid £52 and left a tip of £3. My friend said I was an idiot and I should have gone to Supercuts where I had probably spent 25 quid. Yes, she might be right.

Absolutely incredible experience

I recently had my hair cut here and it was an incredible experience-I had an appointment with Adele and was very nervous as I had not had my hair cut in a very long time. Adele sat with me for 15 minutes showing me before and afters.She then washed my hair and gave me a mini head massage to make me feel relaxed, chatting to me the whole time. Then when Adele was actually cutting my hair, she was explaining to me what she was doing and why, always asking for my permission before cutting off any amount of length. I then had the first blow dry of my life and can now see why people pay for these- my hair had never been so soft, sleek and bouncy!I was absolutely over the moon and so glad I did my research and came here.Adele made the experience absolutely incredible, was so funny and interesting to speak to and dispelled my nerves the second she walked in. Could not recommend B.O.B or Adele more especially if you’re nervous about getting a hair cut and haven’t had it done for years, like me

Adele cut my hair and I am so pleased, I have now found a hairdresser who when she cuts my hair I don't feel that I can't wait for it to grow. Lovely hairdressers where I felt comfortable and happy with my haircut.

Avoid like the plague! Didn't listen to what I wanted, thought they would just do what they wanted. Awful experience.

Im so sorry we didn't get things right for you. Its never out intention to make our customers unhappy with our services and work. Is there anything we can rectify and learn about your bad experience with us? We do get lots of great compliments and reviews and happy clients and our business is going from strength to strength so we must be doing something right. Thank you for taking the time to review us and we are so sorry it wasn't what you expected.

Brilliant first visit

My very first visit was a fantastic experience, not only did I get the colour that I wanted , Steph did a brilliant job of putting right everything my previous salon had done so badly, she took the time to discuss colours with me and was very reassuring that I would be happy with my hair, it also took half the time too !!
The salon is so much nicer, its much more convenient and all the staff are very professional.
Looks like I've found my new Salon :):):)
