I was very pleased with the service I received from BMJ. They went out of their way to get out to me quickly with the parts I needed and worked hard to get the boiler repaired. I found them helpful and polite.

Three different occasions they were scheduled to turn up and look at heating system, with no show. We finally lost our patience when they promised to arrive within a hour on a third appointment and still hadn't nearly two hours later .When we rang their office the plumber was still there despite telling us he was on his way to us.We cancelled, poor service is an understatement,their loss we wanted a complete new heating system installing.

BMJ have just completed a whole house oil central heating central heating system for us. From the outset, they were the quickest company to respond to our first enquiry, and they produced the most accurate and knowledgeable proposal and quotation. Their quote was very competitive, and we had complete confidence that they understood the job and there would be no hidden extras. The work itself was faultless - minimum disruption, installed on time, everything was left clean and tidy, and everything has worked perfectly. We would highly recommend.

We had a boiler fitted by BMJ Plumbers, who carried out the work very efficiently, exactly to the estimated time given. The installers were very polite and professional.
We would not hesitate in recommending this company and will certainly use them in the future if need be.
