5Initially I spoke to Caroline on messenger regarding the repair of a special ring of my daughters which had become damaged. Caroline dealt with my request. I sent it off, she rang me next day to say it had arrived and we discussed details and costs. Now considering 4 other companies said it was not possible to repair we were not sure... Ring arrived back today (within a week) in a lovely new box with a light in it...... and is as good as new, an absolutely fantastic job done and cannot praise Caroline and all involved in the quality care and workmanship this company has.....Not only that but the cost very very reasonable too....Thank you all....Philip and Susan Allsopp
