Recent experience with B M Dynamics

I have used B M Dynamix Ltd now for approximately four years. I recently found myself needing to update my e91 to the later f31. Gary and his guys looked over my new purchase and did some much needed work at short notice. Gary and the guys always have time to chat and explain what repairs need doing and why. I can not recommend these guys enough, they have always tried to help where they can and I trust their judgement. I wont go anywhere else.......

It was my first visit to Dynamix I booked my BMW 2 series active tourer in for an mot and full service.
They did the mot first which was a pass then they rang me to say it didn't need a full service for another 9000 miles ! Thank you Dynamix for being so honest and professional to your new customers

don't waste your time

absolute waste of time and a £450 bill to boot. Had to go somewhere else to get car fixed because they said they couldn't. specialists not.

1st visit - great!

5

1st visit with my 3 series. Asked them to assess for service and remap. No service required but she’d loads of software updates. All completed, remap done. Totally different car, still smooth but much more agile. All software updated. All done in same day despite being clearly busy. Great service, will be my default car techs. Genuine.

A business that wants to help

I don't know what it's like to deal with this company as a customer, but I called them this weekend to enquire about a used vehicle I was looking to buy with next to no service history save for a handful of garage invoices.

The fella I spoke to took the time out of his day to look through the dozen or so invoices on record for the vehicle which jogged his memory enough to be able to inform me that they'd condemned the engine, a history that had been covered up.

So a big thank you and lots of kudos: my experience is that these are people who care and I wish they were local to me.
