Built this from scratch for a friend
Old Garages that were demolished & I built these as 2 units for client.
I didn't build it all was just part of it

Had to build it all back up as bad weather collapsed it
Nice big Garden Wall with a few white feature blocks & white copes to set it off.
All block/brickwork for underbuild for extention. The solum to be concreted ect then floor joists can be installed for kit to be erected . Then roof on get it watertight with windows doors installed then I can build all blockwork round timber kit for it to get roughcasted.
Garden wall with Stone Butts & Render finnish.
My certificate to show i'm a member , which proves that FMB have approved & undertaken inspection of my works which have been approved to allow me to become a member. This can also be checked by clients on the FMB website.
Job I fixed after there was a accident . Had to replace brickwork & copes to match existing.
Floor joists installed for floor to be put down & timber kit erected
Totally turned this into something lovely , this is my own back garden & im really happy with all the work I did on it . I did all the work myself from start to finnish . Lovely when the suns out ( when we get it ) haha

Barry was the first builder out of four that I got quotes from who actually turned up when he said he would. He built external stairs for me where I had patio doors fitted. About 8 in total and a platform. He did a great job. I had no complaints at all and on days where it was pouring with rain Barry still turned up first thing and did what jobs he could do. I could not fault his reliability and how hard he worked. Highly recommended.

completed in a day, with 3 guys. Great service and hard working to get the job done. Barry also came around on sunday to tidy up a few bits i had noted...

points to improve on would be to try limit dust with more water sprayers, but difficult to do i know,
