Don’t waste your time use a different taxi service

Always at least 15 minutes late I don’t know why they don’t just say they don’t have a taxi til that time, and always RUDE.
Had the worst driver today, after being nearly 20 minutes late he was rude to me and still expected a tip, will never use this service again dreadful.

Beeline taxis are probably the most unreliable taxi service in the south wales area. In the 20 or so years that I've been going out and have needed a taxi they have always been my last resort, and nearly every single time they are at least 15 mins late if they show at all.
The last time I was unfortunate enough to use them I found that they had introduced track my taxi so you could see where the taxi is on their trip to pick you up only when I watched the app all I saw was my taxi doing laps around bargoed from morrisons to the other end of the town ( I suspect easy money supermarket runs)
Yet when I phone up to ask I'm brushed off and told they are on their way yet watch them make another lap of bargoed on the app.
Needless to say I cancelled the taxi as I had missed my appointment.
So all I will say is only use beeline if you need to go home from the supermarket or have all the time in the world to wait.

I’m still in sock! We booked a taxi for 1am and by 2am no taxi had arrived after being told twice it was around the corner from us, he arrived at 2:15 saw us stood outside and drove off at 100mph, we chased him down the road and he just sped off leaving us behind!
After calling the company and being told there was nothing they could do and also being told to F off, I was disgusted by this and called again to see if there was anyone else who could help, again same answer nothing they can do I was told to walk home, even though I booked this taxi a month in advanced! Horrific company! I will NEVER book here again
