5When I had a problem with my tv he came to help me the same day.
He recommended a new aerial as mine had seen better days.
He installed a new aerial a couple of days later and did a wonderful job. The wiring is hardly noticeable, and now I have a great quality picture and good signal.
He even removed my old aerial and dish, which was so helpful.
