B K Autos Recovery Service are an outstanding local vehicle recovery service based in Ripley, Derbyshire. I would highly recommend them. When I recently had a motorcycle accident caused by dangerous ice on a country lane outside Matlock, Bob of B K Autos Recovery was very helpful, understanding and reassuring when I spoke to him on my mobile phone, and was prepared to come from Ripley and rescue me and my motorcycle on a freezing day.

I commend Bob for his friendly, sympathetic and professional response when I was in great need of help. I can really recommend B K Autos of Ripley most highly.

you cannot meet a more friendly and helpful lot of people than at B & K Autos in Ripley they are always available 7 days a week to help and sort out any problems you have with your vehicle. I couldn't recommend them more highly and I find them especially helpful to lady drivers they definitely
do not over charge for repairs to a vehicle as I have known other garages
do to a woman. Long may they conyinue.

I had a flat tyre late at night on my own about 15 miles from home in a very remote area. Unfortunately as a Mini driver I wasn't carrying a spare, just the repair kit, which turned out to have a piece missing making it unusable. I tried all over, including the big breakdown cover companies, until I was almost out of phone battery, but the best anyone could offer was a tow to a town further away from home. Until Bob and Tom - who were there within minutes and were very reassuring. They towed me back to their workshop, offered to arrange a taxi and the tyre was replaced by morning, all at a VERY reasonable charge. And when I went back with a follow-up query a couple of days later their excellent service continued. A huge thank you from me.
