Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. AVOID. As per another review on here the customer service is non existent. They do not want to admit their mistakes. We hired some chairs for an event which arrived one and a half hour late !!! No apology and no blame taken by the company. Implied this was not the case and they didn’t know the delivery address which was printed twice on documentation. They clearly don’t check their documentation. Very rude when ring on the phone and refuse to sort out the situation. If I could give this company zero stars I would. In a society if todays world customer service is everything. Admitting to mistakes is everything. Refusing to sort things out is not acceptable at all.
Rude on the phone to customers. Refuse to look into the matter. Refuse they were on and a half hours late when we have all documentation Including signed delivery notes.
AVOID the company. They WILL LET YOU DOWN
