Courteous and polite at all times, and kept in contact with my parents to confirm date and time of arrival after turning up previously to give free estimate. I contacted Brian about having 2 tree stumps removed after being let down by 4 people that all said it wasn't possible due to access and not being able to fit a grinder through. Brian came round the same day to look at the job, agreed that a grinder wouldn't fit but he would give it a go at digging them out. He came over the next day and within 15 mins was all done! Highly recommend and would definitely use again if needed!
