We recently moved into our home & found the gas cooker & hob very inefficient, taking forever to cook anything with the hob stiff & difficult to control. A quick call to Carol & Dave identified problems not worthy of repair & they offered to fit any new appliances at a very affordable price, in fact they price matched the big appliance superstore and fitted for less. Throughout the process Carol sorted the purchase and Dave arranged any technician required to sort the installation from start to finish. The appliances were delivered, fitted by a qualified engineer and the waste & old appliances were removed without delay. Excellent service by really friendly, professional & helpful local people !!

Dave is the best for customer service he always comes to do the repair very quickly at a very competitive price and always with a smile.
I would not use anyone else for my oven repair he certainly knows his stuff !

My washing machine broke Sunday, I phoned Monday morning at 9.15am and Dave came out at 2pm. My machine was not economically repairable as the drum was damaged. He had advised that had I filled in the 5 year Hotpoint warranty card ( which I had not ! ) that parts would have been covered. I will do that next time.. as I would have only had to pay for the labour then it would have made it worthwhile to repair. If this had been the case he would have missed out on the repair as the Hotpoint engineers would have done it so it was not in his interest to say that! Cost to me was £40.00 call out and this could be deducted from the purchase of a new machine if I wanted. Very happy with the service hence reason for leaving a review. JS
