REALLY HELPFUL. I've used BCS several times now and every time I have dealt with them on the phone or in person they have been so helpful, with both advice and finding parts for my 05 Corsa. This was the worst experience i've had in years. Firstly Peter and Ian will meet you very nicely at the scrapyard and then they'll show you some pictures of a car you'll be getting parts from and then you'll be asked to leave a big deposit and wait of a day but that day would never come. You'll be ringing them, sometimes they dont have a guy to do the job n then lifter is out of order. After messing about a week or more you will be offered new parts almost on the same price as main dealer. This is what they do with everyone who is after used parts. When you asked for your deposit firstly they will try to charge 25% labour charges, then they will offer an account with them instead of deposit but you need to be firm to get the deposit back. They charge 20% vat but never give you a vat receit unless you asked them to do. Go to main dealer as BCS will also offer you new parts at the same price after messing about a couple of weeks or try somewhere else if you are after used parts.
