Replacement exterior door handles & letter box, and upgraded locks for both doors (I was unaware my existing locks no longer met British Standards and could be an issue with my home insurance). Clear communication on options and prices. Work completed to a high standard. Overall, an excellent, professional service and would highly recommend.

This company fitted new upvc locking strip. handles and a insurance approved cylinder to my back door. It wasn’t cheap, but better than buying a full new door and frame. Now I know for certain that I am covered by my insurance should the worse case happen.

I was unaware that my locks did not conform to British standards, who does, I had them changed as it was hard to lock and kept jamming. Glad I did, I feel much safer now. The service I received was excellent. The guy was polite and professional arrived when he said he would. He was very efficient, and explained what had happened to my old lock. Definitely a fair and honest price in comparison to some I had quotes off. It’s a small price to pay for security and peace of mind. I highly recommend this company, an excellent service at a good price.

i recently had a break in at my home and didn't get back til after nine at night. i rang bc locksmiths and the engineer turned within half an hour to fix my door and lock. he stayed a good hour to make sure my house was secure and gave me extra keys. was very impress with the work done and more so at the cost despite being out of hours. would definitely recommend this local company. thought i would be awake all night and have to take time off to get job done, put my mind at ease without fuss.
