Ben Chase Electrical to rewired our bathroom. They were really informative and clear when describing what was required.

“I used Mel's company BC Electric Limited to install an external socket in the garden to plug in gardening equipment and fix an internal socket. Ben Chase (Mel's husband) visited for a pre-installation inspection to go through the various options for placing the external socket and recommended the best position. He arrived promptly on the day of the instal and efficiently completed the work and made everything tidy afterwards. This is something that not all tradesman have done for me in the past and makes a big difference to your overall impression.

I have also recently utilised Ben's expertise when a survey came back for a first-time buyer I was arranging a mortgage for mentioned that the electrics needed checking. I contacted Ben and asked if he could liaise with the estate agent access to the property to see what the issues were. To my great surprise he rang me back about two hours later to inform me that he had already been to the property and completed a visual inspection and that were no major issues with the electrics. My first-time buyer was concerned that she may have to spend a lot of money updating the wiring but Ben was able to put her mind at ease and the sale will complete soon. The speed and efficiency with which Ben was able to make the visit was impressive and my client will be using him to make the small remedial work required once she moves in.
